Sizing and fit guide

Find your size with our simple measurement guide and sizing chart to buy the right PD Flow Belt™ 2 pack for you.

Sizing &Fit

Finding the right fit helps the PD Flow Belt™ feel comfortable, secure, and easy to wear — both during the day and while sleeping.

The belt is designed to sit comfortably around the waist or hips, with flexible adjustability to support movement and rest. The PD Flow Belt™ should never come into contact with your exit site. Your care team can help you adjust it for ultimate comfort and functionality.

It’s available in pediatric through plus sizes to support a wide range of bodies and needs.

How to choose your size:
● Measure around the abdomen a few inches above the catheter exit site
● Choose the size range that best matches your measurement
● If you’re between sizes or unsure, sizing up can offer added flexibility

If you have questions about sizing, we’re here to help.

Care Instructions

The PD Flow Belt™ is made for real life and easy care.

To wash: Machine wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Wash with similar colors.

To dry: Lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid high heat to preserve the softness and elasticity of the belt. Do not put in any dryers. Hang dry for best results.

Regular cleaning helps keep the PD Flow Belt™ comfortable, fresh, and ready for daily and overnight wear.

How to Use

The PD Flow Belt™ is designed to be simple and intuitive — there’s no single right way to wear it, and your care team can help guide you on the best placement for your individual setup.

Step 1 — Wrap the belt. Place the belt comfortably around your waist or hips. Do not place the belt over or in direct contact with your catheter exit site. Keep the belt at least 2 inches away from the exit site at all times.

Step 2 — Secure the closure. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure so the belt feels snug but not tight. Position the closure at your side or back, avoiding the front of your body.

Step 3 — Position your tubing. Gently guide your dialysis tubing (catheter line) ‘gun’ into the pocket on either the left or right side, depending on where your catheter exits your body. The two-pocket design works with both sides.

Step 4 — Adjust for comfort. Use the center closure to keep your tubing secure and comfortably in place. Adjust as needed — comfort always comes first.

The PD Flow Belt™ can be worn during daily activity, while resting or relaxing, and overnight during sleep. If you’re ever unsure about placement or fit, your care team can help.
